A rare ceremony
I have rarely been invited to christenings. Because there were no children in my family and because, in my generation, it was less common. It still remains a festive ritual allowing loved ones to celebrate the arrival of a child.
The subject of the stamp is appropriate: Kate and William present their son to the world: Georges, baptized last month.
The mailing was made on the road to St-Etienne (QC) , where the celebration was held.
