The window is a recurring theme in my work. I always have to take them into account when designing my installations. Windows will be at the center of the projects that I will be developing over the next few months.
An exterior white brick wall pierced by a window appears on one side of the folded letter. Looking through this window, one can see The Three Windows, painted by Jessie Boswell in 1924, hanging on a papered wall. On the other side, we find ourselves inside the room, facing the same wallpapered wall. The view from the window is now of an exterior cement wall on which Banksy has painted, in London, a window that has just been smashed by a TV.
This month’s letter unfolded, front and back, in light and darkness.
