This art piece for March 2006 reflected on an installation project submitted to the Oboro art center, itself inspired from a simple optical illusion: the twisted cord.
The device allowed the transformation of vertical straight lines into curved ones, once set in the dark. By turning on themselves, the hanging sticks then interacted with each other and created a horizontal diffraction pattern in space. Unfortunately, the project did not come to term. A story to follow …
