W. E. Bégin - rue Saint-Jean - Québec
My aunts attended the “Boucherie Bégin” (Bégin butcher shop), located on Saint-Jean St., in Quebec city. They kept in stock some of the paper provided by their butcher, and which was used to wrap their filet mignon. I couldn’t resist the temptation to post a steak on it.
