Jute fiber
I couldn’t resist buying some jute while passing by Gilles Jean’s, in Baie-Saint-Paul, near Petite-Rivière-Saint-François where I was all of September.
I reinforced the fragile weave of this raw and fragrant material with dots of phosphorescent paint.
I returned to the studio with the desire to continue my research and develop new installation projects.
I am looking for opportunities to present this work in Montreal.
