Good ideas come back...
I developed this little piece by first working it horizontally. The balsa sticks were suspended on a phosphorescent thread, stretched between two long sewing needles. While preparing the shipments for the post, I saw the sticks come to life on the thread in a vertical position, making the proposal much more dynamic.
I then realized that I had just taken up the principle of the ghost leaves, posted in july 2023.
